Who are we?

We’re The TShirt Club SA PTY(Ltd), registration number 2021/340276/07. We are registered in South Africa and our head office is based in Johannesburg.

Our aim is to provide high quality TShirts and jewellery that are as unique as you are. We source new and trendy designs regularly to make them available to you at the click of a button.

Although we'd love to meet each of our customers, in order to provide our quality products at the lowest prices, we only offer our items online through our website and do not have a physical store.

When you shop with us, the terms outlined on our website apply. We keep these terms pages updated and we amend them from time to time, so remember to check back in before you shop, as the latest set will apply.

In order to purchase from our site, you need to be authorised to use the credit or debit card or account for EFT payments (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission to use it).

Ordering and purchasing your Items

When you place an order, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We then carry out a standard check to make sure your payment has successfully cleared into our account.

Please remember that different banks and payment methods may have different clearing timelines. This is not in our control but don't worry, most payments are cleared in less that 2 business days.

You may be able to cancel (not change or amend) your order within a short period of ordering – timings depend on your chosen delivery method.
If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us. We will only be able to cancel if your item has not yet been shipped.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there are any issues with an order or shipping, we will get in touch with you.

Our payment methods

The Tshirt Club SA accepts Instant EFT payments via Ozow. 

If you would prefer to make an EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) directly to us instead of paying seamlessly online, please contact us to make an arrangement.

Shipping

At the TShirt Club, we always look for the fastest, safest, affordable delivery methods and we partner with a variety of courier delivery service providers to get your package delivered to your door. Our items are delivered within 3-5 working days after payment has been cleared.

In some cases, your items will be delivered to the closest Post Office or local courier provider if your location is remote or not located within our major cities network.

Our shipping fees:

Purchases under R1000: We charge a standard delivery fee of R100

Purchases over R1000: Shipping is on us! 

Shipping fees are confirmed at check out and an additional fee may be charged for areas outside of major local cities & networks. 

Currently, we only deliver within South Africa - no international orders. 

Delivery

When you check out, you will be given all of our delivery information, timelines, options and estimated delivery time and dates depending on the delivery address.

We aim to get your items delivered as quickly as possible. We use a third party courier partner and sometimes there may be delays
– e.g. because of postal/carrier delay, logistics, parades blocking our route, or even a global pandemic.

We will keep you updated as much as possible with tracking information so you know what to expect and when to expect it.

Returns 

Returns 

We get it, sometimes you may want to get a larger or smaller size. It's fine to try an item you have purchased like you would in a physical store, but please don't wear it.

We want you to enjoy our products as much as we enjoy selling them. Please refer to our size chart before purchasing.

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or not in it's original condition together with original packaging (tags included and attached), we won't be able to exchange it for you and will return it to you. All items are inspected on return.

If any Tshirt you receive does not fit, and you’d like to exchange it for a different size, simply get in touch and we will exchange your item for the correct size once the item is returned to us. Please note that The Tshirt Club SA does not cover any cost incurred to return items to us. 

We do not offer refunds on any of our products, exchanges only.

If the item you return to us is not available in the alternative size, we will give you the option of selecting an alternative design. Nothing catches your eye? We'll issue a gift card to be used at a later date.

The Tshirt Club offers a 14 day exchange policy from the date you receive your item. After 14 days, we will no longer be able to exchange it. No exceptions!

We DO NOT offer any exchanges or returns on body piercing items for hygiene purposes, so please make sure you choose carefully.

Our Privacy Policy sets out how we’ll use your information. We take information security seriously and will only use your details for their intended use and with your permission.

We hate spam as much as you do, so if you would like to join the club and get information that is relevant and only when it matters e.g. notifications of new designs and collections, SALE info etc, please subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of our website or follow us on social media.

You can choose to unsubscribe from marketing communication at any time but we will still send you service information related to your orders.

• When competitions are available, they are being run by The Tshirt Club SA in South Africa.
• You must be aged 18 years or over to enter any competition.
• All entries will be entered into the competition, the winner will be randomly selected or chosen by the The Tshirt Club SA team according to their own prerequisites.
• The winner will receive a prize chosen at the company’s discretion.
• Anyone who enters a competition gives The Tshirt Club permission to post and promote their entry on The Tshirt Club SA’s social media and website in any way they see fit.
• The winner will be contacted by The Promoter via social media. The Promoter shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
• The prize will be delivered through a courier service at the nearest convenience. Purchased orders from customers will take preference in the order of delivery.
• The Tshirt Club SA’s prize is subject to terms of use which can be found under the Terms and Conditions page.
• The company’s decision is final.
• The Tshirt Club SA reserve the right to change the rules and regulations of the competition at their will, even once the competition has been launched.
• The Tshirt Club SA reserve the right to cancel any competition at any point for any reason.
• Opening and closing dates are determined by The Tshirt Club SA and can be changed and adapted by the company at any time.
• Any promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to The Tshirt Club SA, not Facebook or Instagram.
